Changing password

To change your password, follow these steps:

Website

Log into our website, then select:

Account → Stars Account Details → Password

Here, type in your current password, then enter your new password and confirm it. To save the changes, select Apply.

Desktop software

Log into our software, then select:

Settings → Account Details → Password

Here, type in your current password, then enter your new password and confirm it. To save the changes, select Apply.

Mobile app

If you are using the newer version of our app, log in and select:

Account icon → Login & Security → Change Password

Here, type in your current password, then enter your new password and confirm it. To save the changes, select Apply.

Other versions of our mobile app do not have a change password function, however, you can still reset your password to a new one by selecting Forgot Password? and following the on-screen instructions.
