A damaged item received

If you receive a damaged item, contact us right away, so we can proceed with your claim.

All you need to do is send us the following information:

  • Order number
  • Item name
  • Shipping company
  • The problem with the item
  • A photo of the item

Once we've received these details, we'll take care of your claim. In some cases, we might ask you to send it back to us (depending on the item purchased).
