We usually wait for two to three hours before processing any placed orders. This way, you can cancel your order in your Order History if its status is New. You'll then need to submit a new order with your changes. You can do this directly from the Rewards Store by following the below steps:

  4. Cancel Order

Stars Store

We normally process orders right after our customers place them. In other words, once you've placed your order, we're unable to change it.

It's important to make sure all your order details are correct in the Checkout before purchasing. Usually, if something's wrong with an order, we need to arrange a return or a replacement. In such cases, get in touch with us, and we'll see what we can do.
