Cards: Withdrawal instructions (Mobile devices)

To confirm if this payment method is available in your country, please log into your Stars Account and go to the Cashier.


  • The card withdrawal option will only be available in the Cashier if you have made at least one previous deposit with that card within the past 12 months.
  • Funds will be automatically credited to the same card you used to make your last card deposit.
  • Funds will be automatically converted to the same currency you used to make your last card deposit.
  • If the card chosen by the system to process your automatic withdrawal is no longer valid, cancel your request and email us.
  • To withdraw to a new card, you will need to make a deposit with it first.

To request a withdrawal to your card, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Stars Account.
  2. Depending on your device:
    • iOS: Tap on Cashier at the bottom of your screen.
    • PokerStars Next Gen app: Tap on Account and select Cashier.
    • Android: Tap the three-line navigation menu icon and select Cashier.
  3. Select the Withdraw tab.
  4. Enter your withdrawal amount and select Withdraw to proceed.
  5. If you have any pending automatic withdrawals, you'll be notified of the amount and the payment methods available to withdraw any remaining amount.
  6. If you do not have any pending automatic withdrawals, simply select the type of card you wish to use and submit your request.

Your request will be reviewed within 72 hours and credited within the next 10 business days.


Always remember to properly log out before closing your mobile app:

  • iOS: Tap on More at the bottom of the screen and select Logout.
  • PokerStars Next Gen app: Tap on Account and select Logout.
  • Android: Tap the menu icon on the top left corner and select Logout.

If you do get blocked by the system, please wait 10 minutes before you try to log back in.
