Direct Bank Transfer: Cashier instructions (Mobile devices)


To confirm if this payment method is available in your country, please log into your Stars Account and go to the Cashier.


To request a withdrawal via Direct Bank Transfer from your mobile device, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Stars Account.
  2. Depending on your device:
    • iOS: Tap on Cashier at the bottom of your screen.
    • Android: Tap the three-line navigation menu icon and select Cashier.
    • For the newer version of our app: Tap on Account and select Cashier.
  3. Select the Withdraw tab.
  4. Enter your withdrawal amount and tap on Withdraw to proceed.
  5. Select Direct Bank Transfer from the available payment methods.
  6. Tap the green arrow to proceed.
  7. Enter the requested banking details.
  8. Confirm all details are correct to avoid any delays or return fees and submit your request.

Allow 3-5 business days for your withdrawal to arrive at your bank account.

Always remember to properly log out before closing your mobile app:

  • iOS: Tap on More at the bottom of the screen and select Logout.
  • Android: Tap the menu icon on the top left corner and select Logout.
  • For the newer version of our app: Tap on Account and select Logout.

If you do get blocked by the system, wait 10 minutes before you log back in.
