Introducing Stars Account

You may have noticed that we have begun to refer to your player account with us as a ‘Stars Account’. We’re making it simpler for you to manage your account; whichever of our products, brands or platforms you choose to play on, you’ll be able to use your ‘Stars Account’ - and your ‘Stars ID’ (previously your User ID) - to log in and play.

The benefit to you is simplicity. For example:

  • You’ll only need to remember one Stars ID and one password to access any of our products and brands available in your region
  • You’ll have one wallet and one account balance, so managing your deposit and withdrawal methods - plus any self-imposed limits or restrictions - is much easier
  • Universal account settings mean if you need to change the address on your account, or for example add a Stars PIN or security token, you’ll only need to do it once
  • With a single account to manage, accessing our player support functions will be more efficient

Most of the emails you receive relating to your account will now come from Stars Account email addresses, so please make sure you configure your email filters to accept messages from the starsaccount domain.

You’ll still receive emails from the BetStars domain, as before, and you can contact us either at our usual Support address, or at our Stars Account Support address with any account queries.
